Engineered Investments

In late 2024, we were both running full-speed on the corporate treadmill. Pat was managing software engineering at a fast-paced sustainability services startup, while John was leading civil engineering teams designing major highway infrastructure. One evening, a shared realisation sparked between us: there has to be a better way. We knew we wanted to take the technical problem-solving skills we relied on every day and direct them toward building real, lasting value.

Throughout 2025, we turned that vision into action. We built strong relationships with seasoned business owners, M&A professionals, and property investors, educating ourselves continuously while actively evaluating acquisition opportunities.

 

By early 2026, we officially launched our property investment journey and have been steadily building our portfolio ever since.

What sets our work apart is what we call 'engineered investments', bringing technical diligence, analytical rigour, and careful risk management to every deal. Yet, while engineering provides our foundation, we know that working with people is what truly drives success.
